No, the admin side of Connect does not provide session details to us.
- Does anybody at Precisely have access to reset open user sessions in Connect?
We do have the ability to force check-in of a license, which would reset user sessions for that license.
- What is the exact daily schedule or number of hours , when these false open sessions are closed in Connect ?
To my knowledge there isn't a schedule for this, as long as a session is kept open we do not close it on our end. Without knowing the exact issue, I would guess that somehow the session was not closed on the customers end and so a forced check-in is the best option here.
