Is there similar report, which reflect changes in Apps and Groups?

Solution/Immediate Workaround

You should be able to pull this information from the data base directly that is login to SQL DB- Look for dbo.auditlog table and then extract to Excel. There is no way to pull this report from the Evolve UI.

Right click on the extracted records and then click Save as .
