Description

Since the update of Winshuttle Studio version 12.x to 20.1, MS Office Access can no longer be opened. The error message 1907 (see appendix) appears, which indicates a lack of permission to install a font. Access cannot be opened directly from Winshuttle Studio.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 

 This issue is coming from the incorrect installation of the Access fonts and not Winshuttle; Ask customer to check below article make required changes and then test the scenario.
