As of now in Foundation we have process, assignment & form API's. We need to know how this works in Evolve ? Is the same API's available in Evolve ? If yes can you let us know the steps for activation.
I checked the guides related to API, Do we need to go for Digital access API or do we get the same features in Rest API?
In Foundation we had two type of API,
i) process extension API: to start new form process, complete task etc.
ii) Dashboard API: to fetch Process, Assignment, Form data.
In Evolve Digital APIs are replacement of process extension i.e. i) in above and would need Separate License.
For Option two that is your requirement we have Reporting feature , to fetch process, assignment and solution field data; so you do not need API for the form and assignment API; you can simply use our Report Feature.
There are few Reports available but if you wish you can create your own.
