Description

After getting a new pc, the Developer User is not able to do a new recording anymore.

Applies To

12.x,20.x

Cause

It could be related to user license or the SAP system being used to record the script

Solution/Immediate Workaround

The user tried to record a new script using a PRODUCTION SAP-system which is prohibited in their Foundation environment.

Also, sometimes it might be related to their license.
