Users are getting an error messages when working with Winshuttle Forms. I have contacted the Sharepoint support but they say the issue is at your end. I am attaching email, where you can also see the screenshots with the error messages. thank you for helping.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This issue appears normally appear from SQL; please ask SQL team to check below on the SQL DB.
 

1. Please confirm there is enough space on the SQL Server .If not then extend the DB space and check.
2. Please confirm if there had been changes to the SQL that is Binding etc
3. Please check if there had been any changes to the user role on the SQL DB.
4. Please request the event logs and core logs for the same.
