Solution/Immediate Workaround
Check if there are any logs under c:/programfile/sharevis/logs folder. If not,try to restart the worker server.
If above steps do not work , run the below command in command prompt as admin
1. Go to c:/programfiles/sharevis/logs
2. svadm -o addlogging
