Description

During installation of Evolve studio manager we successfully go through checking of all windows features step (see screenshot 2) and all other steps. Yet we do receive an error after we start installation(screenshot 1). We suspect to have found the relevant windows feature (screenshot 3) which indeed has not been enabled by Winshuttle installation as expected and described in the manual and installer, please let us know the next steps.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Ensure all the pre-requisites are met .

Ensure to run the installer as Admin.

This error could appear if the roles are missing on MSMQ which in return is causing this error.
 
Please ensure user have below roles in place and then try Installing the product .

MSMQ Server Features:

MSMQ Server Core
MSMQ Active Directory Domain Services Integration

Additionally ;Check on the Evolve Server if the below folder is there or not?
 
If it is not there then please create folder and ensure user have access to this folder then try installing the Product as Admin.
 
C:\Windows\System32\msmq

If above doesn't resolve the issue ; try re-sharing the installer file and check if the behaviour is still same.
