Description
The end of support date for .Net Framework 4.5 and 4.6.1 is April 26, 2022. This will impact Foundation 11.x , 12.0, 12.1 customers because as per our Third-party-product support policy when Microsoft or SAP products are in limited/extended support or end-of-life, then Winshuttle products are also in limited support. Hence, customers will not get any code fixes on these product versions from Winshuttle. Customers who need code fixes, will have to upgrade their third-party products and if applicable Winshuttle products (in the case of Foundation 12.x customers will migrate to Evolve) to get code fixes. For more information, see also the Product Availability Matrix and system requirements.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
We added the support for .Net Framework 4.6.2 with 11.2.12 and 12.x releases. If any 11.1 and 11.2 customer is on older version of .Net, then we recommend those customers to upgrade to 11.2.12 and the .Net to the version 4.6.2. Rest of the customer can directly upgrade to the 12.x release.
Kindly note below as well:
- SharePoint 2010 might not work with .Net Framework 4.6.2, and the extended support for SharePoint Server 2010 products has already been ended on April 13,2021.
- For SharePoint 2013 SP1 to work with .Net Framework 4.6.2, Microsoft provided the following hotfix - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/sharepoint/troubleshoot/installation-and-setup/setup-error-if-.net-framework-4.6-is-installed
