Studio Installers will be launched in localized languages only for globally used localized formats. Users can launch installers in any language by providing the Product Language code explicitly.

For Studio Installation for different Locales, we need to follow the below instructions
The locale formats on which localized EXE and MSI are launched in selected Locale Format.
Below are the locale formats on which localized EXE and MSI are launched in selected Locale Format:

In case the user wants to run installers with a specific language manually, below command line parameters can be used:
MSI:
msiexec /i WinshuttleStudio_x86.msi ProductLanguage=<LanguageCode>
EXE:
winshuttle-studio-20.0208.2201.11001.exe /L<LanguageCode>
Replace <LanguageCode> with one of the below language codes:
1031: Germany
1033: English
1034: Spanish
1036: French
1041: Japanese
