Please advise how we can add the user's manager into an Evolve workflow. We would like to use the manager as an escalation point. The manager is available in the user profile but I am not sure what is needed to import this information into a solution.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This can be achieved by giving the manager name in the reference list and then use it in solution as per business requirement.

If user would like to add a webservice connection (from Azure? From Active Directory?), which can be then used to import the user profile parameters- it can be achieved by LDAP Query and then collectively using it with Query Element.
