Description

Customer is receiving the below error when they try to delete the scheduled Query Job which has been running for several days.

Applies To

Evolve v.20x

Cause

Scheduled Job which is running for days without any outcome. and it needs to be deleted.

Solution

It is possible to cancel the process from the Admin App – Operations section. Under the Processes Tab select the process and apply Bulk Cancel.
