1. Whether any SOC or OS reports being used in Winshuttle application?
   • Winshuttle does not have a SOC2 report, I have attached Winshuttle’s Global ISO27001:2013 certification. This is accepted if a SOC report has not been completed.
2. How secure is the winshuttle application in order to avoid non compliance application?
   • The Winshuttle products(s) are on on-prem solution. Winshuttle does not have access to customer data, thereby removing security issues of Customer data accessible via Winshuttle networks.
3. Can we use the password authentications listed in the attached document.
   • Yes
