Solution/Immediate Workaround

For Studio Installation in Japanese Locale, we need to follow the below instructions 

1. The Windows language settings should be as per the respective OS.
2. Please make sure the Windows Display Language and preferred Language should be Japanese in the case of Japanese Locale.

Additional Information

If the end-user who is accessing the Japanese VM ( system locale) has Japanese characters in its name and the user locale selected is some language other than Japanese then studio installation fails with an error.
