Description

I can’t click the box next to the process, I get the below notification:

And if I open the request, I can only click on “Submit Request” or “Exit Without Saving”, no other options.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

The reason is it greyed out it could be at solution level this setting is marked to False; Please check your solution whether the Approval or Activity node( as per your requirement ) has the Option marked to true or false; if it is False then please change it to True ; redeploy the solution and then test if the option is still Greyed out or not.
