401 unauthorized error while lookp up user in Evolve

Cause

The issue is related to the "Client Secret Key Value" which I might think it got expired or they have entered the wrong value.

ClientSecret -– This is the client secret from the SAML Application page that was created.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Steps to resolve the issue:-
1. Go the Azure application
2. Click on the "Certificates & secrets" in the left menu of the azure application attached PNG "Client secret"
3.Client on the "new client secret"
4. Copy the newly created secret key value
5. Go the Evolve application login as Administration -> settings ->Authentication -> SAML
6. Edit -> Next -> Client Secret
7. Paste the key
8. Restart the IIS server
