How to troubleshoot Addressdoctor in Evolve
1) Check whether customer is using Batch or Interactive URL you can do so by checking the URL of address doctor they are using in Evolve form ( see screenshot attached).
Batch Process URL is not supported with Winshuttle; Customer would need to use the Interactive URL and also the Interactive username and Password.
If customer is using Interactive URL with Batch Username and Password it wouldn't work; this can be confirmed by their IT team.
2) Secondly check the WSDL under Properties what is Method Type if it is Process which is for Batch and not for the Interactive URL.
3) Please reimport the WSDL and make sure the Interactive URL and Interactive User name and Password; Method type also should be Validate and not the Process.

4) To check the method type for WSDL; Browse the URL in Browser and remove the .WSDL after ASMX ; see screenshot below and you should be able to see the Method type to be used with the URL.
