Description
I tried to login into my Winshuttle Studio and an error message is appearing (See the screenshot) I am using the 20.1 version and the login into the evolve platform is working just fine. It says to validate my account with my identity provider but the login into O365 is working fine as well.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
Perform below steps in order to resolve the issue.
1) Sign out from Studio and then try Logging in.
2) If this doesnt resolve the issue please reinstate the Studio by going to file explorer enter below details and then try.
Type %appdata%- Rename Winshuttle to Winshuttle_Old ; Now Launch Studio.
3) Clear the Cache of Browser and make sure the Token is cleared out and then try logging.
