This article explain the process on how to request Studio v.20.2 installer for Connect Customers.
Installation of Studio v.20.2 is required.
Please follow the below steps to request Studio v. 20.2 installer.
- Visit the Support Portal link https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/categories/360001436931-Product-Downloads
- Click on the link https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024663732-Studio-Version-11-X-12-X-and-20-X
- On this page there will be a link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZTB37Y5 to request the installer via the survey monkey form (as per the screenshot below).
- After the form is submitted, the information is sent to the predefined Customer Success Management (CSM) distribution list.
- If the CSM Team finds that full Studio licenses are already allocated on the customer's account, and no further information is required from the Winshuttle Sales Team, they will share Studio 20.2 installer download links.
- If the CSM Team finds that the customer has a module-only license or the customer does not have valid maintenance, they will share the customer's details with the Sales Team for further assistance.
