I would like to check "will it be possible to overwrite script changes to evolve scripts library without submitting through approvals, So that the links in data template hidden sheet will not change?". In foundation it is possible through script check out and check in again. Please feel free to reach me for more details.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This can be achieved by following below steps.

To ensure that data template files are not overwritten, check the Auto increment data template name box on the Locations tab of the Options box.

Create the data file

1. Save the template to your computer.
2. You can save the template with a new file name or, if you have checked the Auto increment data template name box, Studio will automatically add a version number at the end.
3. Enter the data and save the data file again.

Note: If you open a new instance of Excel, you need to log on again.

Submit the data file for review

If the Solution does not require a review of the data file, skip this step and run or schedule the solution.
The steps differ, depending on whether the solution uses a built-in review process (Review and Post - One Step or Review and Post - Separately), or a custom workflow.
