Description

When we enter the Foundation Site during the Wizard in Composer it accepts it, but when we enter the Forms site if complains that the site does not exist.

Please see attached error. The users are required to start setting up a form process but non of them can design any form processes as a result of this error.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This error normally appears if the Composer or the home sites are missing from the Root site ; to Overcome this error perform below steps.

First check under Foundation Set up in Settings the Composer URL and Foundation URLs are intact.

Then Clear the cache of the browser and perform an IIS Reset and then check the scenario

If this does not resolve the issue perform the below steps.

1) Go to Share point - Search SharePoint Administration Site 

2) Click on Create Site Collection 

Now on this screen Add information in the highlighted fields Title/Description/ URL 

If URL field has Site then add text in the field next to it ; but if the value is \ only then leave it as it is do not change to Sites.

Now add the Services Account and the Workflow admin account in the User names and Click OK.

3) Clear the cache of the browser and test the scenario.
