We are getting the attached error message when trying to assign a Winshuttle license to one of our users.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
First check user whether it is added in Active Directory. If it is correct then check the Title of the User as with some customer we had seen reason of the error was User’s job title was not correct.
If that doesn't resolve the issue ; share the Foundation Logs to support team.
