How do you find out what databases are being used in a Foundation environment?

Config DB: Used by central administration to help manage all of your web applications, site collections, service applications, what's server and services are on the farm etc. To find out its name go to SharePoint Central Admin > System Settings > Manage Servers in Farms
Content DB: Stores content of web application can be find out through SharePoint Central Admin > Application Management > Manage Content Db. Note there will be one content DB for each web app, plus one for SharePoint.

LMS: 1. Go to LMS installation directory (browse from IIS) in services folder you will find a web.config file in that search for connectionstring keyword you will be able to find database name in that tag.
2. For reporting database, on LMS server in start search for application Loupe Server Administrator , launch it on left side in application screen select Repository Under datastorage click on change for index that will pop up the current DB name used, cancel it after noting it down.
Foundation: From foundation site in settings page under database connection option you can get the name of DB used.
SAPIS: The connection string in the Server Utility on the APP server desktop will give you the name.
