Not Able to Remove User from Script Reviewer Role

Description

A Winshuttle Admin trying to remove "Script Reviewer" role from a particular User ID & the system is ignoring the update at Save. After the save, when going back in, the removed role reappears under the user's assigned roles. Upon checking the Script Reviewers group in Foundation, the user is not listed here.

Cause

User existed under the Workflow Publisher’s Group.

Solution

Remove the user from the Workflow Publisher’s Group.
