Can you please advise on how to perform an certificate installation for Winshuttle.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

In order to change the certificates. 

Foundation => 

Go to the SharePoint. 
Then stop the IIS. 
Update the certificate in the bindings. 
Then start up the IIS again.

Evolve => 

Go to IIS server.

Then stop the IIS. 
Update the certificate in the bindings. 
Then start up the IIS again.

You can not have multiple certificates for the same side

If the new certificates are available in the IIS of both SharePoint and Winshuttle servers, then go to each site and click on bindings and update the new certificate ,once done perform IISRESET on both machines and test the Foundation site.

In any case browser still shows the certificate issue please perform the below steps.
