When we are trying to renew our License Key we are getting the below error.
Follow the below steps to overcome this error .
1) Check whether the user is using the right key in the right environment for example Key provided by Fulfillment team for QA environment should be used in QA environment only.
2) Make sure the correct Admin account is being used while activating the key.
3) Use offline Activation mode rather than Online Activation sometimes the Firewall also blocks the activation.
