PA40- Pernr (CID) field value is not getting downloaded ("download from SAP" not working)

Description

The functionally "download from SAP" doesn't work for PA40 PERNR field.

20.x

Cause

Clicking 'Save', makes that field not editable and its properties also changes.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

press enter on the first screen once after filling all the data instead of pressing 'Save'.
Pressing enter would generate the C.I.D. on-screen number 2000 in edit mode and then they can save it.
