Description
We have a daily synch job (RptDataOneTimeSyncJob) to get the reporting data each day. It has been running perfectly for more than a year and suddenly a few days ago it stopped and won't work. Nothing helps. I tried to change the time it should run, I also tried to run it manually but the job has always the same status "NotStarted" and won't run.
The purging job (RptDataPurgeJob) that runs 1 per month is broken as well.

The problem was solved by restarting the LMS Background Service which was in a “stopped” state.
