Description
There is a communication error between the site and the active directory. When trying to add a new user, the User Lookup function times out and returns the following error: Service returned error. Check InnerException for more details
The console log itself says: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()
In the attached second screenshot we tried it in Chrome after clearing browser history/cache and filling each field manually, instead of using the lookup. The issue still persists.
Looks like the issue affects everyone.
We believe this is caused by a newly installed proxy service. We want to fix it, but we need to know some details about the connection between Evolve and the Active Directory.
For example, users are still able to log in, but adding new users is impossible at the moment.
We use Microsoft Azure SAML authentication.
Please note: SAML authentication is working when User logon is authorized.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
We in winshuttle are using the Microsoft Azure LDAP Connector using the Microsoft Graph API to fetch the users from the AD. Please use the following on the Evolve Server:
1. Browse the Microsoft Azure site.
2. Browse these below URLs and check the URLs are browsed or not without any errors :
ResourceUrl : https://graph.microsoft.com
Authority : https://login.windows.net/
Steps to take:
Browse these below URLs and check the URLs are browsed or not without any errors :
ResourceUrl : https://graph.microsoft.com
Authority : https://login.windows.net/
Please make sure the Customer opens the above-mentioned URLs in the Evolve Server Machine, not from the Client Browser.
If you still have issues please first clear the previous logs and then enable the Debug logs.
After that reproduce the scenario again (4-5 times) and then sent the logs to support.
