Description

We are a new Winshuttle Customer. We have imported the transports into our Sandbox system and can see that the sandbox includes three new authorisation roles. However I am unable to find those roles in the system in SUIM, and cannot assign them to myself in SU02.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Reason of this error could be that the WFM is not installed on the correct client; That is it is installed on 000 but not on the working client.

Customers SAP Basis team will be able to confirm on what client WFM is installed; if it is on 000 they need to install it on the Working client and then users will be able to see the roles in SAP.
