How to use Rename Document Plugin?

Description

The rename document plugin is running into error and not renaming the uploaded document. Please advise the correct usage/settings.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

While using the Rename Plugin make sure there is either Activity node or Wait Plugin Node added before the Rename Plugin for the Plugin Document.
