Description

we have reconfigured our Winshuttle Test environment to use SSL. Doing so, we had to uninstall the following components and reinstall them again together with a reconfiguration for using certificates.

Composer, LMS, and SAP Integration Server

The installation of these 3 components went well. The problem comes on the Foundation Setup last step: SAP Integration Server Details
Winshuttle SAP Integration Server – OK
SAP Integration Server License Assignment – Not OK
We get this error “Foundation ID is already associated.:” and we need help in figuring out how to solve this.

Applies To

Foundation 11.x and 12.x

Cause

ID already assigned.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Please go to your LMS site you can figure out the LMS URL by logging in as admin to your Foundation site
then go to  --> settings --> Foundation Setup:

Then input the LMS URL into your browser and go to the below location and disassociate the the License ID for the ' Server Integration License Assignment'

Then please try again it should work.
