Description

User is receiving an error "Invalid Transaction Code. Please Enter a Different Transaction Code" when trying to create a recording for the customized transaction with a name space. For example /scmtms/tl5. 

Applies To

Any version of Winshuttle software. 

Cause

Directly in SAP we have to prefix transaction /scmtms/tl5 with /n as otherwise SAP does not know how to interpret it. However, there is no need to apply /n from directly in Studio.

Solution

Enter the transaction without /n when creating a script from directly in Winshuttle software, for example /scmtms/tl5 and not /n/scmtms/tl5.
