Description
While Launching the studio error pops-up and user not able to access the software.
Applies To
V12.X
Cause
Machine was having NLog.dll file placed in GAC folder. STUDIO uses same dll file. But since same file was present in GAC, precedence was given to GAC folder.
Solution/Immediate Workaround
We added studio installation directory file(NLog.dll) to GAC folder using Microsoft GACutility. It was successful and no overwrite message was seen(We pushed NLOG file which is needed for studio installation to GAC folder using GAC utility) using GACUtility NLog.dll. After that We launched STUDIO and it worked successfully.
