We are facing massive performance issues when running forms.

It's taking up to many minutes until forms are opening and submits being processed.

Cause

Excessive redundant data in SharePoint lists.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

We found you had a scheduled query that would append additional data to the existing SharePoint list instead of overwriting the existing data in the Sharepoint list. Hence the 5 SharePoint lists were growing to an exceptional amount of data above 6000 items or more.
The form was using the 5 SharePoint lists which had excessive data which was redundant data this slowed the performance. 
So we advised you to resubmit the query files to the foundation with a setting to remove existing data in the list.
Once this was done you will let us know about the performance of the form.

Additionally, if you do have SQL connections running queries you might want to remove those from the form and test the solution again. You might also want to run the queries via SQL command directly on the Database to verify how long this takes.
