Description

Customer is using SAML Authentication and they are requesting if it is possible to switch to Windows Authentication after installation was done (or vice versa, customer is using Windows Authentication and would like to switch to SAML).

Solution

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch from SAML to Windows Authentication (or vice versa) in a simple way. This will require un installation and re installation of the entire Studio Manager/Evolve components. The customer will also have to add all users and assign the licenses again, re add all the apps. Also, all the scripts must be downloaded locally and re published again after re installation is complete.
