When trying to create or modify users. I receive an error message about invalid token. Error message: HTTP 401 Okta E0000011 Invalid-token provided

Solution/Immediate Workaround
This error occurs when the Okta Token is expired. Please perform below steps and let me know if it resolves the issue.
- Open Okta Admin site
- Go to API section
3.Generate token
4. Now Logon to Evolve Site
5. Settings - Authentication - SAML- Edit - Next -OKta Token will appear there ; please change value to new Token generated ; save.
6. Perform IIS Reset and then Test.
Please make sure to perform an IIS Reset on server otherwise changes might not reflect.
If the above mentioned steps doesn't resolve the issue ask customer to check the below and also additionally DLL Patch Fix need to be provided to customer check Jira - https://jira.wswork.biz/browse/WIN-45183 but before sharing Fix please check with engineer as it is DLL fix.
Please ensure to take back up of Evolve DB first before making these changes.
In Okta there is a field called Audience field ; Copy value from Okta for the Audience field and then go to Evolve DB- look for Identity configuration table and then look forissuerkey ; the value from the audience field should be same as the issuer key column; if they are not then please ensure that the keys are same.
After that perform an IIS reset and then test the scenario.
