Cause

How to collect logs.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

You can configure logs by logging onto Evolve and going under settings for this you will have to have Admin rights so that you will have the correct access.

Attention:

When you have finished collecting the logs turn off logging by setting "Enable logging" to none.

If logging is left turned on this will slow down your system!

All the respective logs can be found under the folders:

For example, to collect the Evolve server logs you will need to go to the Evolve server.

C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\EvolveServer\svr\Logs
