 Deletion of versions created for documents under my documents in Evolve

 how to delete old solutions (Templates) from Evolve as they are no longer needed, but without removing the documents that were generated from those solutions as they wish to still keep the documents for audit trail purposes.

 Evolve 20 and 20.1

Cause

 Deletion of versions created for documents under my documents in Evolve

Solution/Immediate Workaround

In Evolve ; User can delete only their  documents or on the app on which user has permissions.

As per Product Design unfortunately it is not possible.

Either customer delete both the solution and document 
or don't delete either.

Additional Information

Enhancement has been raised to have drop down next to Version to Delete same as in Foundation.
