Description

The document is attached using 'the attached document call option" in the CV02N. but it was not stored in the targeted storage Category.

Cause

In Studio Attachment Call Option, a standard storage category is set by default, this is why it is affected automatically to the document you have attached

Solution/Immediate Workaround

To manage this, and to have a different storage category, you need to maintain some entries in the table /WINSHTLQ/QREPRM via SM30.

Here the steps you need to follow, or to ask your SAP Basis team to follow :

- Launch SM30 transaction,

- in Table/view field fill in : /WINSHTLQ/QREPRM and click on Maintain 

- In the listed parameters, Search for the Storage category that you want to replace 

-Select it and click on Delete to remove it
-Then click on Add new entry
-Add the new storage category that you need
-once you added it, then  you have to affect some values to the two columns of its line : here the value you need to fill in : affect  DMS_CR this value in its second column and X in the third

- Save this change and follow to transportation instructions if needed
