I have changed Service account password since then I am having issue in Evolve .
If a user changes the Service account it need to be amended at all the below locations.
1)Login to Server
2) Change Password in App Pool Account - App Pool Identity .
2) Change Password under Services.MSC that is for Worker service if user have created more than One worker service it need to be amended for all.
These are the only two places where password need to be changed; however if customer changes name of Service account then please check with engineering.
