I configured the e-mail approval in the Evolve Admin App, but when I test the workflow, the approval e-mails stay in the inbox and remain unprocessed

Solution/Immediate Workaround
Check the below settings.
1) System->Infrastructure page on Evolve site
2) Open up the capabilities for Application server and check incoming email setting capability is enabled.
3) If it is not enabled please enable it .
4) It runs every 5 mins ; please check after that if it is getting through or not.
5) Re-run the scenario and wait for 5 mins as this capability runs every 5 mins by default.
6) Still in case emails are not getting read then user would need to contact their IT team once to check whether they are not having strict policy that emails won't get read.

IT team also should check the below setting.
Get them to check the account in AD, whether it set to NoLogon. This will usually break all cloud operations.
Change the setting to All computers and then it should work.
