Do we now have to add the User to Evolve first but then we can assign to a swimlane?

Description

To assign to a swimlane to someone we now need to add the user to Evolve first correct?  In the past if a user was in the SharePoint User Information list you could assign.  I am thinking we now have to add the User to Evolve first but then we can assign to a swimlane.  Is this a correct assumption?

Solution/Immediate Workaround

That’s correct, User must be added to Evolve and should have access to the “App” to participate in a process.
