I am getting only ‘Processing’ image in place of form image . Please find the attachments for reference .

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 We would need to perform the setting on the Server where Workflow is installed.

In the background the way our product is designed it doesnt matter what the browser user is using the picture is saved or taken from IE ;Check in IE if it is showing Processing and not proceeding further and that is the behavior we are seeing in the attachment email as well.

Please perform below steps at the server where Workflow is installed.

1) Go to C:\Program Files\ShareVis\bin
and look for rasterize.js; change the value of 10000 to 20000 or slowly increase and check the behaviour.

2)Clear cache after making changes and then test the scenario.
