Winshuttle eLearning – Getting Started
What is the new eLearning platform and how does it help me?
We want our customers to have a great experience while learning how to use our products, and in this quest, we are launching enhanced self-paced training through our eLearning portal. Our new eLearning portal enables you to select the best courses for you and lets you take them on your schedule. Soon you’ll be able to get certified, too.
How do I get started?
As a licensed customer under maintenance, you can access our eLearning platform as well as our online community without additional fees. We recommend you follow the below steps to get started.
Step 1: Visit https://community.winshuttle.com/browse/training and click ‘Launch All Training’. You’ll be redirected to the following URL, where you can click on ‘Sign Up’ at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Fill in your information to access the platform.
Note: It will take approximately one business days for us to vet your entitlement and send you an automated ‘Welcome to Winshuttle eLearning!’ email from firstname.lastname@example.org email address. If you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check your junk email folder in case your e-mail system accidently marked it as spam. You can follow the steps below to add the courses to your dashboard to start learning.
Step 3: Your dashboard will be empty at first when you initially sign in and you will be able to self-assign courses based on your user role.
Step 4: Click ‘Join Group’ option available on the side bar to see the available user roles that match your licensed user type.
Step 5: Use the following table to pick the relevant “Group Key” for your role and enter it in the ‘Join Group’ dialog box.
A Group Key is a key used to identify each user role. It allows the platform to assign courses relevant to your role on an automated basis. You can use multiple group keys if your work is associated with multiple roles; to do so, repeat the Join Group steps, receiving one key at a time.
Use Table 1.0 below to select the Group Key for your role and enter it in the Join Group dialog box. If you have multiple user roles, repeat the ‘join group’ process for each user role.
Step 6: Use the key from Column 3 above and enter in the ‘Group Key’ text box shown below. Click on ‘Join Group’ to get the courses in your eLearning dashboard.
Step 7: Once you have entered the key correctly, you will see the available courses in your dashboard, and you can start your learning journey.
Step 8: Click on any course to see information about the course and a list of associated topics. Click ‘Start course’ to begin.
Note: When within a topic, you can click on top left topic name to go back or the navigation drop down available next to the progress bar to see other topics within the selected course. The progress bar will show 100% only when you completely view all the pages in the selected topic. You can quit and return to an in-progress course and your progress status will be remembered.
Frequently Asked Questions
I had completed a few courses and was undergoing training using the previous eLearning portal (Ancile uPerform). How can I access the content and what happens to my progress?
Migration of the eLearning portal will not impact the content of the courses – they are the same courses you were taking on our previous eLearning portal. However, you will have to register on the new portal to access the courses. Since the new portal allows you to take courses in any order, you won’t have to take courses that you have already completed. You can jump to any course or topic and start again from where you left off.
Why don’t I see any courses in my eLearning dashboard after I log in?
Courses are attached to user roles, which are governed by “Group Keys”. Refer Table 1.0 above and ensure you have completed the required steps to add the group key for your role. You should be able to see all the relevant courses now.
How can I learn about courses that are not in my eLearning dashboard?
If you want to learn about additional courses, visit https://customers.elearning.winshuttle.com/catalog (you can access this link only if you are logged-out). Select the user role and product version from the categories available in the right pane. You will be able to see the course list. You can only acquire the bunch of courses associated with the user role, and not a single course. To do this, follow the following steps-
Step 1: Login into https://customers.elearning.winshuttle.com/
Step 2: Based on the additional courses you want from the course catalog (based on the user role), use the following table to pick the relevant “Group Key” for that role and enter it in the ‘Join Group’ dialog box.
Group key is a unique key used to identify your role and helps to auto assign relevant courses. You can use multiple group keys if you associate yourself with multiple roles, however in order to do so you must repeat the join group steps with one unique key at a time.
Step 3: Enter the key from Column 3 above and enter in the ‘Group Key’ text box shown below. Click on ‘Join Group’ to get the courses in your eLearning dashboard.
Step 4: Once you have entered the key correctly, you will see the available courses in your dashboard, and you can start your learning journey.
I have completely viewed a topic in the course, but the progress does not change. What’s the issue?
To record the progress, you should click on ‘Complete and Continue’ button at the bottom of the topic.
If you see ‘Incomplete’ button instead of the ‘Complete and continue’ button, that means the progress will automatically complete on completely viewing that topic. You do not have to click on ‘Incomplete’ button in such cases.

Do I have to pay to avail courses/access the eLearning platform?
Being a registered customer under maintenance, we are providing you the benefit of self-paced learning through our eLearning platform for free. You do not have to pay for enrolling or undertaking any training course.
Can I get certified for the courses I complete?
We are in the process of setting up certification. Look out for more information coming your way soon!
Can I access the courses in any other language apart from English?
Our eLearning portal and courses are currently are only available in English-US, however we are planning to support additional languages in the future.
I am a Winshuttle partner. How do I get access to eLearning?
We will soon be launching our partner portal at partners.elearning.winshuttle.com. Keep checking this space for updates.
