Description

LMS site is  down due to error Windows could not start LMS server error 1069 service login failed

Applies To

Foundation 11x and 12x

Cause

LMS site down due to error Windows could not start LMS server error 1069 service login failed. 

Admin is not able to start the LMS service due to login failure as the password for service account has been changed.

Solution

 

1. Login to server having LMS installed.

2. In IIS Manager ,in application pool ,update the password for LMS .

3. DO an iisreset.
