Workflow Participant error: The swimlane ' ....' reference from a Workflow Participant Control could not be found

Description

When I add more than 1 Workflow Participant, my form does not want to proceed to the next assigned person. It was all working fine before an upgraded to V12.1.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 

Here are some suggestions which might help you in resolving the issue above:

 

If the swimlane (Manager) and the workflow participant (Manager) have the same name it may cause issues.

It is essential that you do try and rename the Workflow participant to for example Manager2.

You might also remove the gaps in between Line Manager as an example below as this might cause issues
