Error on processor bad realm name sncmyname is wrong

Applies To

Foundation 11x  and 12x SSO .

Cause

User was not able to do posting to SAP using SSO. Found Error on processor bad realm name sncmyname is wrong in worker logs. 

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 

After checking foundation site, we found that wrong windows user name mainatained under manage credentials on foundation site.

Correctinn the windows user name resolved the issue.
