The Winshuttle Form Library List viewer is either not working or not properly set up on my part. I hope that you can help me to figure out how this works and what to do.
The Forms Library Viewer does not react as expected: the filters don't work properly and you can't filter on completed and running forms.
- Main purpose is to create the Form library web part so that users can filter on form list with attachments
Some users perform below steps in order to achieve the same which is not recommended approach by WS.
Users create Filters by using Webpart option
1) Create a subsite if needed
2) Click on Page
3) Insert - web part- Miscellaneous - Form Library with Item
Best practice to enable this feature is in the attached document; which list steps to filter and sort the Processes.
If it doesn't work for some users make sure the Search option is enabled in Sharepoint for the customer; see attached document to check how to do so.
