Description

Customer has provided domain & AD group and along with right credentials. Then when he observed the derived users through process control, he can see the user retrieved but he must manually choose people from left to right as shown below. And there is an argument “allowselect” at AD group properties level, not sure whether it can control it. And also not sure what values should be provided for that argument. Any idea about it?.

Requirement - User would like the Approver to be selected automatically rather than having to click.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This can be achieved by using Process Control in synch with using the AD group Option for Participant Resolver in Swim Lane.

* Required Configurations are attached below
* Recursive True : if you want to resolve all the sub groups as well inside the AD group.
* Display True : If you want to manually select the users from process control.
*Allow select : True: if you want to fall back to share point group in case no user is resolved from the AD group.

In this requirement where approver need to be selected automatically change the Display as false and also a process Control will still be needed on the form.
